ADULT ART WORKSHOPS

A series of adult art workshops will be offered during the summer in welding, stone and wood carving, woodworking, plein air painting, ceramics, mixed-media and drawing.

The classes will be offered during daytime and evening hours and will be taught by professional artists who have extensive teaching experience. Indoor workshops will take place in May, June, August and September. Outdoor workshops will be held during June, July, August and September.

ARTIST IN RESIDENCE SITE TALKS

Our artists in residence will present their site specific art work with an informal talk focusing on their creative philosophy and technique. The talks will take place at the site of the creation on the grounds of the Stone Quarry Hill Art Park on the following days and times:

CHILDREN'S ART CLASSES

Children's art classes will be offered from July 1 - July 30, at the Art Park in collaboration with the Fayetteville YMCA.

There will be four classes offered for children 6 to 9 years of age and two classes for children aged 10 to 12.

The classes will be given in the Stone Quarry Hill Art Park — Art Barn with outdoor nature hikes and Gallery visits determined by the instructor. The children will also have an opportunity to interact with the Art Park's visiting professional artists with supervision provided by the children’s art instructor.
